Bookkeeping is all I do, and I do it well. Tax filing and payroll stay with the specialists you already work with. I’m happy to coordinate with your CPA so they get clean records at tax time.

Premium

$650 - $750 per month

For busier businesses with more accounts and more questions.

  • Up to 300 transactions/month

  • Up to 6 bank and credit card accounts

  • Everything in Standard, plus:

  • Priority support (reply within 1 business day)

  • Quarterly check-in to look ahead at cash needs and spot trends

Standard

$450 - $550 per month

For growing businesses that want more than just the numbers.

  • Up to 200 transactions/month

  • Up to 4 bank and credit card accounts

  • Everything in Essential, plus:

  • Cash flow snapshot with a short written summary of what to watch

  • Monthly review call (30 minutes) to walk through your reports

Essential

$250 - $350 per month

For simple businesses with low transactional volume.

  • Up to 100 transactions per month

  • Up to 2 bank and credit card accounts

  • Monthly account reconciliation

  • Monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

  • Email support (reply within 2 business days)

What every plan includes

  • Clean, accurate books in QuickBooks Online

  • A secure place to share documents (no emailing bank statements)

  • A bookkeeper who looks at your cash flow, not just your categories

Every plan is month-to-month. No long-term contracts.

Starting behind?

It’s more common than you think, and it’s fixable.

If your books are a few months behind, or a few years, I can get you current. Catch-up and cleanup projects are quoted individually after a quick look at your records, so you get a clear price before any work starts. Once you’re caught up, you move onto a monthly plan and stay that way.
